Any course within two weeks can be reserved in either of the two types
of course packages provided by Campus Top. The points of the current
month can be used freely on any course, while they will be reset when
the course packages are fixed to your account next month.

The duration of regular one-on-one classes is 25 minutes, while it is
50 minutes for other special courses. Class time can be flexibly
arranged because our teachers are online for 24 hours.
3.
Future classes can be reserved, with a maximum of 3 classes daily.
However, there's no limit to reservations for the classes on the
current date.
4.
All courses offered by Campus Top are available to you.
Rules for canceling a class
1.
All points refunded if canceled beyond 12 hours before the class;
2.
50% points refunded if canceled within 12 hours before the class;
3.
No points refunded if canceled within 1 hour before the class;
4.
The points will be deducted accordingly if you are absent.
Ranks of teachers
Under the rigorous quarterly assessment criteria issued by Campus Top,
our teachers are classified as 5pt-teacher, 40pt-teacher,
60pt-teacher, 70pt-teacher, etc.
1.
50pt-teacher: teachers having passed the assessment criteria issued by
Campus Top;
2.
40pt-teacher: teachers having passed the pre-post training and
teaching with probation;
3.
5pts-teacher: teachers having passed the pre-post training and
teaching within 3-day probation;
